OBJECTIVES:
- Respect and honor to introduce the cultural characteristics of Vietnam to the international players and friends through performances from the elaborately choreographed song and dance to fashion & music show.
- Business Culture of companies operating in Vietnam at the moment
- Creation of a playground for the business community in Saigon
- Demonstrating the Saigon features in the program: Ben Thanh Market, City Theatre, Saigon Central Post Office, Ben Nha Rong
IDEAS:
- This event to serving for global executive leaders in Saigon so the stage should be made to simplify it, avoiding the more complicated sophisticated. Typically the stage will be the T-shaped horizontal.
- It is simple to use but due to effects of light and LED screen is perfect sense and the pace of program should look like to luxurious.

DANCE opening
- ABC Dance Group will be opening repertoire dance dress and hat, the room lights turned off leaving only the light of the stage.
- The screen will slide images of Saigon with a Song “Sai Gon” of Composer - Y Van
- Images of operations for Ben Thanh Market in before and now

Opening Reception - MC introduction about the event
- MC introduces some VIP Guests, Sponsors, participants
- MC introduces the subject program and curriculum has three parts including music show, fashion show and dinner buffet
- The screen displays the stage name of the sponsor (company name, logo, CSR activities, operations).
- Display stage show themes and contents, including English and Vietnamese.

- Group models costumes to display Ao Dai with a suitable music theme and fit with Ao Dai Saigon, turn out the hall light, the only light remaining in the T stage and the spotlight on stage

- Started to display moving for buffet starting
- Music Band of Philippines will play Flamengo within 15 minutes with 3 songs all about the theme of Saigon, LED screen projector singer

- New Rising Star Singer Mai Khoi sing a song: “Tình Ca phố” with Composer – Quoc Bao and 1 English song, Screens animation content lively songs.
19h55' - 20h00'
- 2 MC introduce brief talking about Saigon, lead story for the next content game show for the participants can join together. (Lights for 2 MC, gas lamps light the room, Projection screen is the logo of the sponsors response at all games at the bottom, funny game will be in starting)

- New Rising Star Singer Mai Khoi display “Come What May” with Vocal Singer Ho Trung Dung to presented deep song lyric, LED screen projector images singers.

- Give prize for Miss CSR Party Awards
- Light Music gradually, MC appears to say thanks for sponsors, participants, support the implementation, technical crew ... goodbye audience.
- Bright lights, bustling sound
- Projection screen will once again name the sponsor logo.
- Then the company name and department organization implementing the program.
21:05’: Thank and to give a participant a send-off
